You’ll receive communication from the delivery company, along with a contact number for any queries.

If the site is residential and a container is being delivered, it’s recommended to check your local council regulations beforehand.

Container Return Policy

Before the container is reloaded onto the side loader, please ensure it has been thoroughly cleaned. Sweep the interior using a wide broom and/or a leaf blower, and confirm that no dirt or debris remains. Failure to return the container in a clean condition may result in quarantine authorities charging cleaning fees.
